I recently stayed at Sunshine Inn Plus for a short trip with my small family. The hotel was nice, beautiful, and clean with no weird smells or dirt. The reception staff was super helpful and friendly, and there was a good cafe downstairs for breakfast. The location was fairly close to major tourist hotspots. The property was small but cozy and comfortable, with adequately adequate facilities. The room and general area were clean, new, and well maintained, and the bed and pillows were the best.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
