Another advantage was the quiet ambiance, allowing me to have a peaceful and relaxing stay.

the hotel can be a bit difficult to find, especially when driving, due to a night market along the street. The parking situation was also inconvenient, as it was not located at the hotel itself.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous, with a wide array of delicious Western and Asian options. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, with fresh towels and bed sheets provided daily. The free Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, perfect for staying connected. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the amazing Petaling Street market and convenient access to public transportation made our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. The location was perfect, with easy access to the LRT station for exploring Kuala Lumpur. My room was upgraded upon arrival, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a window, as well as complimentary tea/coffee and water. The shower was fantastic, and the newly renovated room with wooden floors was clean and comfortable. The staff at Swiss-Inn Chinatown were really helpful and friendly, providing great advice on attractions and shopping. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both Asian and Western food, making it a perfect start to the day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several markets and food stalls. The breakfast offered was very good with a choice of hot and cold items. The room amenities included a hairdryer and mini fridge which were useful.

The entry to the rooms was complicated and required the use of two lifts. The daily cleaning was not thorough and several items were skipped.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location in China Town is perfect, with easy direct access to the markets. The rooms have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast included offers a variety of delicious Asian food.

The only minor issue was the inconsistent quality of the toilet paper.
