Courteous staff, quick check-in process, clean room for 4 adults and small kids. Easy access to carpark and convenient location near the city center. Complimentary free-flow drink at lobby was a good touch, although only served for 1 day.

The hotel is conveniently located near City Square, making it easy to explore the popular area. It’s also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, though you may need to drive to reach some of them. The staff provides helpful service and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Some guests have noted issues with the breakfast selection, which could be more varied.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Firstly the location is perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff are really lovely and helpful, and the rooms are really well appointed with great facilities, such as the washbasin in the room and the twin beds, and the view is just amazing. And breakfast included is just the cherry on top!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Johor Bahru for a quick weekend getaway. The spacious room and comfortable bed made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and the parking was ample and conveniently connected to the rooms. The hotel's location was also a plus, being close to the city center.

Stayed at a spacious and comfortable room with a separated toilet and shower room. Breakfast was worth the money. Minor issue with location, but Grab made it easy to get around. Overall had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

We loved this place! It's located right in the center of everything and we could easily explore the city from here. The staff were amazing and provided us with top-notch service, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the 24-hour room service and the shops/commercial services nearby. The swimming pool was also a great addition, which we enjoyed thoroughly.

Our Easter stay was good. the staff was very accommodating and always ready to help. We were impressed by the complementary breakfast and afternoon tea which were tasty and filling. the location was perfect for exploring the city as we were close to many popular spots. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge in the room.

The soundproofing could have been better as we could hear our neighbors talking and flushing their toilets. the sofa bed was slightly stained, which made us uncomfortable.
