The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the airport and downtown KK. This makes it easy to explore the city and access the main shopping mall. Additionally, the hotel provides a cook to order station for guests, ensuring fresh and delicious meals. It is also easy to catch a cab from the hotel, allowing for hassle-free transportation.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the maintenance of the facilities leave much to be desired.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms had a modern design and were just as shown in the pictures. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping mall, making it easy to explore KK town attractions and it's also close to the airport. The basic amenities were provided, and there was no need for an additional power control card in the room. The fridge in the room was a nice touch, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The free shuttle to the city center was convenient and saved us some money. the complimentary breakfast was decent and made our morning a little bit easier. The staff members who worked in the canteen were very friendly and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere.

The carpets in our room were stained and dirty, and we found ants all over the place. The staff at the front desk were not helpful or friendly, and we had troubles communicating with them.

Spacious room, comfy bed. Suitable for Muslim travelers, provide prayer mat and telekung for solat. Good location, near Waterfront and malls. Need car for travel. Plenty of parking space. Fast and stable internet. Close to Masjid Negeri. Quiet Malay Muslim area. Excellent Arab food restaurant. Clean rooms and facilities. Open and free parking.
