I had a great experience staying at Raia Inn. The hotel was basic, but it provided excellent value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of Middle Eastern dishes that I had never tasted before. Additionally, I enjoyed the character of the hotel, with local style shops in the forecourt. The location was also convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The maintenance of the building and furniture is poor, with the carpet in some rooms being smelly and damaged.

The staff at Raia Hotel Penang were welcoming and accommodating. The wifi connection was excellent, and using WAZE Apps made it easy to find the hotel. The location was also convenient, with popular restaurants nearby. The mini freezer in the room worked well, and the bed was comfortable. it was a fairly comfortable stay for us as a couple.

The room size was great and perfect for a romantic escape. We had plenty of space to move around, and the facilities inside were excellent. We even had a mini fridge and some complementary items like Al-Quran and Prayer Mat. The location was very convenient and easy to find, with ATMs nearby. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near a charming kampung area. The location was very convenient as it was close to the airport and just a short distance from the places I wanted to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great view. it was a pleasant experience.

The WiFi connection was not very strong.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with extra comfy beds and adequate lighting.
