We really enjoyed our recent stay at 5 Elements Hotel Chinatown. The manager's gesture of a welcome basket made us feel so valued as guests. The location in the heart of Chinatown was perfect for exploring the vibrant city. And the view from our 13th-floor room was simply breathtaking. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just adjacent to Petaling Street in Chinatown. This means that you are within walking distance to the night market, central market, and an abundance of eating places. You will also find plenty of available transportation options to easily explore other areas in the city. Additionally, the hotel offers the flexibility of extending your stay in case of any travel delays.

It seems that there may be some issues with the connectivity between rooms. In one of the reviews, a guest mentioned a connecting door with improper locks, which allowed people from the neighboring room to try to enter.

The hotel was located in a great spot, close to lots of good food options and easy to get around. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made check-in a breeze. the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable.

The cable channels were limited and there were no slippers or complimentary tea in the room. some of the linens had stains on them and the toiletries were lacking.
