The Thanksgiving break was an absolute treat! the rooms were amazing with a hot tub and a pool, plus the free minibar and daily breakfast service was a nice touch. the staff were helpful and friendly, always smiling and made us feel welcome.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back again!

We had an amazing time at this retreat! The location was perfect, nestled away from the city life, with breathtaking views of the waterside. The highlight was dining in the unique cave setting at Jeff's Cellar restaurant. The rooms were beautiful, with spacious bathrooms and a range of facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. a perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The organization for the alternative dinner location at Crystal Cave was not up to par.

This hotel is the epitome of luxurious relaxation. the exclusive amenities are top-notch, from the Spa & wellness centre to the Outdoor swimming pool. the service is impeccable with friendly and attentive staff always ready to help. I particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the Massage, which were both excellent. the rooms are spacious and filled with exclusive advantages, such as private facilities and Hot spring bath. the Restaurant offers Special diet menus, and the food is delicious.

The only minor issue I encountered here was the lack of leisure facilities. Although there is a Steam room and BBQ facilities, the Indoor swimming pool was not as big as I had expected.

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at a tranquil retreat nestled among limestone hills. We enjoyed the exclusive access to the hotspring and grotto facilities, including the natural sauna grotto and the crystal cave. The heated pool with thermal waters was perfect for morning and evening swims. The villa had a spectacular view of the limestone hill, and the breakfast, served ala carte, was delicious and freshly prepared. We also loved exploring the limestone caves, trekking through the rainforest, and indulging in spa treatments in the natural hotsprings. we had a peaceful and adventurous experience at this green oasis.

The resort offers various activities and a luxurious villa with a pool and jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing special touches for a romantic stay. The food selection includes both Western and Asian options. The Crystal Cave is a unique and mesmerizing highlight. The lush surrounding mountains create a peaceful and invigorating atmosphere.
