The size of the apartment was impressive with great views. I had a fantastic time swimming in the infinity pool, even though it was a little crowded. Despite having to wait for the lift occasionally, it was a minor inconvenience. I recommend this hotel for its lovely accommodation and amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at Face Suites! The location was perfect, and we couldn't get enough of the high-rise view from our window. The apartment itself was clean and comfy, with spacious living areas. We were impressed by the well-maintained toilets and all the necessary amenities provided, from the washing machine to the kitchen complete with utensils. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool on level 51, offering breathtaking views of KL Tower and Merdeka118 Tower. The staff, from the reception to the security, were friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend Face Suites to everyone we know!

We had a great time at this classy hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and close to downtown. We enjoyed the stunning skyline views from our comfortable and spacious room with a great bathroom. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. The infinity skypool was one of the highlights and totally worth it.

Sadly, the gym was under maintenance which was a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the central location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of major attractions. the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city skyline.

The bed was an odd size, not long enough for taller guests. basic amenities such as dishwashing liquid, cloth, laundry detergent, and salt and pepper were not provided.

The house was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the security guards at the swimming pool who followed safety protocols. The ambience, location, and view were excellent, and the lobby and rooms had a great interior. The staff accommodated our request to change rooms, and the upgraded premier room was awesome. The skydeck on level 51 offered mesmerizing views. The pool and room were clean, and there was a dedicated working room. The check-in process was fast.

The apartment is spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen, and good free Wi-Fi. Close to a mall with plenty of dining options as well as a large supermarket. Great for families and those seekings convenience and comfort.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always ready to answer any questions I had and even accommodated my request for a room with a view. Speaking of views, the rooftop pool offered an amazing panoramic view of the city. It was definitely one of the best features of this hotel. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and monorail lines, as well as being within walking distance of the iconic Petronas Towers. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were also top-notch.

The city break apartment I stayed in was very chic with modern furnishings. the rooftop swimming pool was a definite highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. I also appreciated the complimentary daily housekeeping and WiFi.

Although the location was convenient with easy access to public transport, there were limited nearby dining options which meant I had to travel further for meals. the bed pillows were not the most comfortable which affected my sleep quality.

We were impressed by the outdoor swimming pool with mesmerizing views and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the rooftop pool was also a highlight, with a jacuzzi and an infinity pool that offered panoramic views of the city. the sun terrace was a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunset, while the leisure/TV room provided a cozy atmosphere to relax and read.

this minor inconvenience was outweighed by the hotel's exceptional facilities and services.

While the hotel is still undergoing construction and doesn't have a bar or restaurant, I can foresee it becoming even more incredible once completed. the staff were exceptional, offering assistance with anything we needed, whether it was advice on nightlife, taxis, or restaurants. the rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and kept impeccably clean. I had a fantastic experience at Face Suites.

just had the most amazing stay in kl! the views from our room on the 50th floor were breathtaking, and the pool was a dream come true. the staff here were so helpful and nice, definitely coming back next time!
