We stayed at a hotel located in a convenient area, near the railway station, restaurants, and a shopping mall. The room was decent and the bathroom had plenty of space, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff provided good service, ensuring our stay was comfortable. the hotel offered various facilities, such as slippers, shampoo, and towels.

The wifi connection was slow, which was a bit disappointing.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Kluang town, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. With popular fast food chains like Domino's Pizza and McDonald's just a stone's throw away, you won't have to worry about going hungry. The attentive staff ensure that basic amenities are kept in top condition, from the high pressured shower heads to the comfortable beds. Additionally, the reasonable prices and quality of the food make it a great value for money option.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. the family room was spacious and comfortable with two separate rooms, and the beds and pillows were very cozy. the location was very convenient with easy parking, nearby shopping centers and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the 7-Eleven next to the hotel which was very handy for snacks and drinks. the price was reasonable and we got the basic things we needed for a comfortable stay.

Although we had a pleasant stay, there were a few downsides. Unfortunately, the towels didn't smell fresh and there was no hot water in the shower.
