We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of KL. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and shower. Everything was super clean and well kept. The hotel had great facilities, including an awesome view from the pool on the 10th floor. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of some great food and shopping in the Bukit Bintang area. Additionally, we had excellent transport links across the city.

This hotel is located in a great area, with MRT and night market just a short walk away. There are plenty of shops and night life. The room is clean and quiet, with bathrobes and free bottled water provided. The gym is available. The breakfast is delicious, especially the French toast. The rooftop infinity pool has an awesome view while you relax and enjoy your drink.

The walls are not soundproof and noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms can be easily heard.

As young families, we loved the unique and extraordinary breakfast experience. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the room, was impeccable. The location was perfect with just a 10-minute walk to Pavillion Mall. The hotel had great room facilities, including hair dryers and irons. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My stay here was amazing! This place is located right in the heart of the shopping area, just a couple of minutes from the train station. There are big malls within walking distance, and the service here is top-notch. The staff were friendly and provided excellent room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city while enjoying a dip. The room amenities were great too, with an ironing board, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, mini-bar and more. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations!

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Bukit Bintang and had a pleasant experience. the room was comfortable and had a spacious and well-appointed bathroom, which we loved. the hotel's location was excellent for shopping, dining, and sightseeing, making it convenient for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious options.

There were a few aspects that we didn't like. the reception staff could have been more efficient and attentive, especially during check-in and check-out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I loved the thoughtful touches like glass bottles of drinking water instead of plastic. The breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of buffet and menu options. my stay was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.
