The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is near the mall and in Penang island where all the touristy areas are. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are met. The breakfast served is delicious, with a wide variety of options available. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a function room for events and a family suite for those traveling with children.

Impressively clean and classy. Delicious food, strategic location, and exceptional staff. Range of accommodation is impressive and breakfast buffet has variety. Lobby and reception area are airy and exterior landscape is nicely done.

The location was convenient, with Sunway Carnival Mall nearby and plenty of dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The free welcome drink and complimentary fruit basket were a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and some great local restaurants. Plus, we had a beautiful view from our room.

The service was extremely slow. We waited forever to be checked in and out.
