staying at luma hotel, a member of design hotels was a delightful experience. from the warm welcome by mr jonny helping with parking and luggage to the comfortable room with all necessities provided, the hospitality was top-notch. the front desk staff, including the helpful lady who upgraded our room, made our stay extra special. delicious breakfast, comfy bed, and great service throughout. a truly enjoyable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the luxurious and comfortable room. the shower was amazing and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the hotel's location was very convenient with shops and restaurants close by.

We also loved the fact that there was a Gastro pub on site, where we could enjoy delicious cocktails and supper upon arrival, and a tasty lunch before our departure the next day. the experience was faultless and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The Luma Hotel in KK exceeded our expectations. The modern boutique vibe, high-quality furnishings, and gorgeous design created a luxurious atmosphere. The staff was well-trained and accommodating, especially Linda from Reservation. The location was convenient, with Imago, stores, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The bed and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub added a touch of relaxation and luxury. The hotel provided all necessities, good hospitality, and a delicious breakfast. our stay was amazing.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport in Kota Kinabalu and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the airport and allowed me to easily explore Tanjung Aru beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that exceeded my expectations. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast options were satisfactory, with an ala carte style that I appreciated. the hotel had a lovely ambiance and offered convenient facilities for a pleasant stay.

There was one aspect of the hotel that I found disappointing. The parking situation was not ideal, as there was a lack of organization and trust when it came to reserved parking slots.
