We stayed at a charming colonial-style hotel with comfortable rooms and a beautiful view of the skyline. The location was convenient, with easy access to sightseeing and transportation. The Grand Suite we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with elegant decor and all the amenities we needed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

It would have been nice if the pool was a bit warmer for a more relaxing experience.

Located in a peaceful area away from over crowded areas, the hotel is ideal for a relaxing stay. Just a short walk from the historic district, it is a great place to discover the history of the city. The room and bathroom are spacious with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff provide excellent service, making guests feel welcome. The buffet breakfast is amazing with freshly made dishes.

Limited Wi-Fi access is a drawback that could have been improved.

Staying in one of the original colonial suites with a 24/7 butler was an absolute dream. Despite being a little out of the way from the main shopping district, the location is directly opposite the KL railway station and near the central market. The staff were always courteous and efficient. I'd recommend a stay at this Autograph Collection property.

The hotel is centrally located and just a short distance from Pavilion. The room was upgraded to a spacious suite with a comfortable bed. Room service at 2am was excellent. The Majestic Wing offers personal butler service and complimentary breakfast served in-room. Free transportation within 10 KM and a mobile phone for pick-up requests.

My recent stay at The Majestic Hotel, Autograph Collection was unforgettable. I stayed in the Junior Suite for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The in-room dining was exceptional, with delicious food and great value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Despite the small size, the pool was a lovely addition. it was one of the most enjoyable hotels I've ever stayed in.

The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, and it was spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore other parts of Malaysia. The buffet-style meals at the restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced.

The noise from the road outside, particularly the sound of motorbikes, could be bothersome at times.

I had an amazing stay at this place. It is conveniently located opposite the KTM bus station, making it easy to access all the main attractions in the historic district.
