The room had a spacious bathroom with free toiletries, perfect for me to relax. I loved the city view from my window, felt like being in the heart of the action.

The lack of a mirror in the room was a downside for me.

Just got back from an amazing stay at a beautiful beachfront hotel in Seraya. the infinity pool was even more breathtaking in person! Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Photos don't do it justice.

the room was exactly as advertised, cozy with great amenities. the rain shower was a delight after a long day. the central location made it easy to explore the city on foot.

I stayed for a weekend getaway at Seraya. the location was fantastic, surrounded by eateries and close to essential shops. the shower had excellent water pressure, the bed was cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to supermarkets and ferry terminals. Room amenities like a mini fridge and kettle were convenient.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was great with plenty of dining options nearby, a supermarket, pharmacy, and convenience store within walking distance. the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the water heater worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The room had sticky and slippery floors, though slippers were provided. Inconveniently, some room switches were faulty, with a light that couldn't be turned off.

The central location made it easy to explore nearby landmarks like the Marlin Statue and the City Mosque. the friendly staff and clean rooms provided a relaxing environment. Despite minor issues with maintenance, the overall experience was positive. Being close to various eateries and markets added to the convenience of our family trip, enhancing our bonding time.
