This hotel is well-equipped with great facilities and modern equipment. The staff is lovely, and the rooms are clean and feature two comfortable king-size beds. The location is quiet and relaxing, away from the tourist crowds, yet easy to move around by renting a scooter. From the reviews: The hotel has a good taste of fragrance, and the rooftop pool is lovely.

Breakfast could have a better variety of food.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to travel to and from. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of Malaysian food options. The rooftop pool is a great feature, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the view. Additionally, the hotel has a convenient location with shops nearby including a chemist, minimarts, and even a pizza hut.

The pool area looks a little sparse in places, could use more loungers, tables, and chairs.

The place was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service, which helped save some cash. Plus, they had a nice view from the rooftop and a cool pool to escape the heat.

The room was dingy and smelly, which was not great for the price we paid. Every time we left the room, we had to wait for staff to let us back in because the key did not work properly.

Our stay at The Smith House was exceptional. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the airport and other attractions on the island. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and plenty of fresh fruits. The rooftop pool was a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the sunset. The hotel itself was new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests. The Smart TV in the room was a great feature, allowing us to watch YouTube videos on a bigger screen. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. we had an excellent experience at The Smith House and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi.

We had a fantastic stay at The Smith House in Langkawi. The hotel is conveniently located very near to the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flights. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent transportation options, including the availability of grab services throughout this city. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, with spacious rooms and top-notch cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping staff. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, including a big TV with a good selection of on-demand movies. The breakfast served at the restaurant was exceptional in terms of both quality and presentation. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
