Great location near KLCC and Petronas Towers. Spacious rooms with good facilities. Clean and hygienic. Good breakfast, though more choices would be nice. Adequate room size for families with teenagers. Easy access to Go KL bus stop and MRT station.

Felt cozy, no complaints at all.

I had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel. Despite some minor issues with the check-in process, the staff were very apologetic and compensated me with a late checkout. The buffet was great and there were discounts for in-house guests. The view from my room facing KLCC Park was breathtaking. The kids enjoyed the pool, although the price of the tarik was a bit steep. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the famous Twin Towers and the Ampang LRT Station. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city without having to worry about transportation. Plus, being so close to a mosque was a huge bonus for Muslim travelers like myself. The hotel suite was incredibly spacious and had a kitchenette with all the necessary cooking facilities. It was like having a home away from home. The rooms were well-equipped with two sets of televisions and both toilets had bathtubs. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, including the mouthwatering nasi lemak. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.

This place is highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

There was a construction site nearby, which caused some noise. Elevators were small & slow, making it difficult to move around during peak hours.
