The location was great, with easy access to local eateries and attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were friendly and super helpful throughout our stay.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. The bathroom glass door seemed to be stuck or broken, and there were no batteries in the remote for the fan.

The location of this hotel is perfect as everything was within walking distance. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was of a high standard. the pool area was a bonus, especially for the kids, and we also appreciated the provision of a coffee maker in the room.

The bathroom design was flawed as the glass door separating the toilet and shower areas was stuck and couldn't close. Despite reporting this to reception, there was no repair service available and we were offered another room, which we declined as we preferred the design of our original room.

I loved the tasteful furnishings and beautiful decorations at Treasures Hotel And Suites. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the luxurious bathtub in the beautiful bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was delighted to find an arissto coffee machine in the room, which made my mornings even better.

The lack of a wading pool for kids. Additionally, the breakfast options, although understandable for a small hotel, could have been more varied.

My room was exceptionally cozy and spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a table for two, a refrigerator. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions in the city center, such as Jonker Walk, Stadthuys, and Bandar Hilir. everything about this place was perfect, from the luxurious comfort of the rooms to the quality services provided by the staff.

After a hot day of sightseeing, the hotel's location was perfect - just at the next crossroads, at the end of little India where there are many shops that sell sarees and punjabis. The room smelled nice with a coffee machine and the pool was great. The staff was experienced and friendly, even allowing us to check in early and offering attentive service. Breakfast was sufficient and the ambiance of the hotel was unique.
