The Inn restaurant serves delicious meals, such as the popular Mongolian beef rice. it is a great option for a simple and pleasant stay.

Despite a small hiccup with my room, the staff at Inn Bintulu went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. When I discovered a smoking smell in the room, the receptionist promptly provided air freshener to eliminate the odor. However, as the smell persisted, they immediately arranged for a room change the following day. The new room was fresh, clean, and free of any smoking smell. The housekeeping staff, especially the helpful maid, deserve a special mention for their hard work in maintaining a smoke-free environment. I was impressed with the attentive and reliable service provided by the staff at Inn Bintulu.

Our room was located near a busy street, and we could hear the sounds of traffic and music late into the night. we were charged a fee for the shuttle service to the airport, which we feel should have been provided for free.
