When I discovered a smoking smell in the room, the receptionist promptly provided air freshener to eliminate the odor. However, as the smell persisted, they immediately arranged for a room change the following day. The new room was fresh, clean, and free of any smoking smell. The housekeeping staff, especially the helpful maid, deserve a special mention for their hard work in maintaining a smoke-free environment. I was impressed with the attentive and reliable service provided by the staff at Inn Bintulu.
