I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location inside DPulze mall was very convenient for me. It made it easy for me to shop and explore the mall without having to travel far. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist me with any queries or requests. Lastly, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were well-maintained with good lighting, and the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was spotless.

The staff experience was not great, with slow check-in process and unhelpful attitude. the ironing facilities were inconvenient and required a deposit.
