The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff does a great job of changing the bed sheets and towels daily. Additionally, the basement parking is safe and secure, and the lift is efficient in transporting guests to their rooms.

The corridor lighting could be improved to make it brighter and more welcoming.

The Sense Hotel Taiping in Taiping was a great choice for our stay. The mattress was super comfy and provided us with excellent sleep for three nights. The housekeeping was top-notch, changing our bed sheets and towels daily. The basement parking space was safe and secure, and the lift was efficient. We also appreciated the water filters on each floor and the amenities like water dispenser, internal phone, and ironing board at the lift lobby. The location was convenient, with aeon, Taiping Mall, and Tesco nearby, and it took less than 10 minutes to reach Taiping Lake and the city. The check-in process was efficient, and the receptionist even arranged for adjoining rooms based on our preference. it was a pleasant stay with a sense of security and ample parking.

Ijah or Ezah, in particular, stood out for being transparent and proactive in communicating any issues that arose. Their commitment to customer service was truly commendable. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near Paparich and Domino's made dining options easily accessible, just a minute's walk away. Furthermore, the ample parking available ensured a hassle-free experience.

I felt completely safe throughout my stay at the hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.
