Clean rooms, lovely decor, convenient free parking, local restaurants nearby, nice and helpful staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the well-addressed reception staff who guided us and readily sent a technician to fix any issues. The rooms were clean and well laid out with a great view of the KLCC and KL Tower. The hotel's parking was convenient and secure. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the city center and easily accessible by taxi.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

They promptly addressed our concerns about cockroaches and arranged for a room change. The new room on the second floor was clean and comfortable. We highly appreciate the responsible and responsive attitude of the staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur for New Year's and had a great experience. the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location - it was conveniently located near key attractions and had easy access to the highway. Additionally, the hotel had a secure car park, which was a big advantage for me as I had a rental car.

There were a few things that could be improved. the quality of the toiletries provided in the room was not up to par.

The view from the room was beautiful, with sights of KL Tower and KLCC. Within walking distance, there was a delicious restaurant called Ali's and convenient amenities like a 711 and laundry mat nearby.
