The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient as it is within walking distance of many popular attractions, such as Transfer Road and Chowrasta Road. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly staff and helpful guest relations team add to the positive experience.

The elevator system can be quite slow and the doors may close abruptly, causing inconvenience for guests.

Got free complimentary breakfast for the weekend that we stayed and it was delicious! We also had access to a free parking space which was a huge bonus as it saved us the hassle of parking somewhere else. Plus, the hotel location is very convenient and just a few minutes away from all the attractions.

It was shaky and felt unsafe. the noise level was too high as we could hear loud bangs and voices frequently.

As adventure travelers, we loved the fast check-in and check-out process at Urban H Hotel. The staffs were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. No deposit was required, which was convenient. The room exceeded our expectations, with its modern and clean design. The pillow was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the availability of parking for guests. The location was great, with Chowrasta Market just a 5-8 minute walk away. From there, we could easily catch the CAT bus to explore other interesting places. Food options were plentiful, with Alamak cafe and popular Nasi Kandar places nearby. we were truly satisfied with the hotel's services and would definitely come back.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.
