This place has great location right beside our office building. The lobby has an exclusive design, very modern and elegant. Service is great the staff always willing to help, the room amenities are complete, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The restaurant served halal food and the poolside snack bar has a relaxed atmosphere.

The staff needs some training to improve their service, especially the doorman and customer service. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate my request for late check-out, even for just an extra half hour.

Convenient location with nearby pubs and restaurants, perfect for work trips. Modern amenities including washing machine with dryer and TV in each area. Spacious living hall ideal for small family gatherings. Excellent room service with fast response. an impressive stay that offers great value for money.

The Ve Hotel & Residence in Bangsar South is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is also close to a train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The high water pressure and unlimited supply of hot water in the shower is a great feature. Additionally, the hotel provides amenities like an iron, ironing board, and fridge.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to eateries and had a link bridge connecting to the opposite Nexus Bangsar South Connexion Convention Centre where we attended a seminar. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently near the Universiti LRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate shower and toilet. The staff were friendly and accommodating, answering questions prior to my stay. The price was reasonable and matched the quality of the accommodation.

The check-out process was rushed and resulted in a long queue, which was an unpleasant experience as a paying customer.

Lovely staff, especially Ms Gayathri at reception, who was warm and welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great dining experience at Straits estate. Convenient location with easy access to KL Sentral and other tourist attractions. Nexus food court and Khans Indian restaurant nearby.

During my recent stay at Ve Hotel & Residence, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It is situated near various office buildings, making it ideal for business travelers like myself. Additionally, the nearby MRT station provided easy access to other parts of the city, although I did have to walk about 15 minutes on an uneven road to reach it. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the spaciousness and well-equipped amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of food to start the day. despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I had a good stay at Ve Hotel & Residence and would recommend it to others.

I loved the sleek, modern design of the hotel and the spacious, comfortable room. The walkways connecting to nearby restaurants were very convenient. The staff was quick to assist when I had trouble with my room key. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Complementary drinks and dessert were nice surprise. Great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Loved the comfortable bed and the amazing city view from the room, especially at night.

Housekeeping needs improvement as cups were not clean and there was a shortage of toiletries. the air conditioning fan made a lot of noise on settings other than low.
