Great staff - Friendly and helpful receptionists. the night shift girl and the morning shift girl were really friendly and respectful. Comfortable stay. Location - Strategic location near restaurants, shops, Palm Mall, and KPJ hospitals. Not hard to find parking. Facilities - Basic amenities like air dryer, TV, air conditioning, water heater functioning well.

Room cleanliness - Cleaning after the previous guests left was not done properly as I found some hair on the floor. Bathroom wall tiles had little mold due to dampness.

It would be convenient if the hotel provided a hot kettle in the room, as suggested by a review. This would eliminate the need for guests to go upstairs to get hot water, making their stay more comfortable.

During our stay at Villa, the receptionist at the Front Desk was friendly and made check-in and check-out hassle-free and fast. We were greeted by Lyn during check-out and she was very friendly, showing genuine concern for our stay and even asked for feedback to help improve the hotel. It was a thoughtful gesture and showed their commitment to improving the guest experience.
