I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it very easy to explore the surroundings. The staff were top-notch and provided excellent service around the clock. I was particularly impressed with their willingness to accommodate any request that I had, including my children's special request for fries. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The carpeted floor added a touch of elegance to the room, making it feel all the more luxurious.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The room size is small but good. Shower and toilet in good condition. Ample pillows on the bed. Knowledgeable and responsive breakfast captain. Courteous front office staff. Clean hotel with nice smelling body wash and shampoo. Friendly front desk staff.

This hotel is conveniently located near famous restaurants such as Mango Drinks food court and some nice dining options. It is also close to Teluk Cempedak beach, making it an ideal location for families. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well-maintained and offer great views. The service is friendly and professional. The breakfast is delicious, with various local dishes like nasi lemak and fresh croissants. There’s also an excellent cappuccino.

The waiting time for baggage delivery needs some improvement.

We spent Xmas at this hotel and we had a good experience overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of food to choose from. We also appreciated the complementary facts offered by the hotel during our stay, which added to our enjoyment of the holiday.
