This hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping centers, making it easy to find food or shop. Additionally, the hotel staff is willing to call for a cab to take you wherever you may need to go. Moreover, the hotel is situated right in the center of Bayan Baru, ideal for those who enjoy being close to the action.

Unlike some other nearby hotels, this property does not have a lift connecting the basement with the hotel lobby, meaning you may have to climb stairs to get to reception or your room.

We had a decent weekend with a couple of perks thrown in - free welcome drinks and access to the executive lounge. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. the pool area was also enjoyable and provided a relaxing break from the busy streets.

Our stay was not without its issues. the room was not properly cleaned and we noticed dust and dirt throughout the apartment.

the lobby was clean and inviting, and the staff at the Ac Hotel By Marriott were friendly and efficient during the quick check-in process. They even provided complimentary parking in the basement car park, which was convenient. the room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable, with good-sized apartments that are perfect for families with teenagers and small kids. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it was near the airport and surrounded by various restaurants and shopping malls. the complimentary WiFi provided was effective.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room from a Deluxe King to a 2-bedroom Suite at a cheaper rate. the spaciousness of the suite was perfect for the three of us, and having 2 toilets was a convenient feature. the room was generally clean, although I did notice some dust in hidden areas. I appreciated the study room in the suite, which we used for our prayers. the breakfast variety was good, and the kitchen staff was attentive, even accommodating vegetarian options. the location of the hotel was great, with plenty of eateries nearby that were open 24/7. the hotel staff was helpful and polite. Parking was ample, although accessing the lobby from the basement parking could be improved.

I recently stay at a hotel with an amazing location. It was in a residential area, but still close to plenty of shops and things to do. The hotel also had excellent room service which was available 24/7, perfect for those late night cravings. The friendly staff was always available to answer any questions and help me with tours and tickets. Additionally, the leisure swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the free Wi-Fi was definitely a plus.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and upscale place to stay.
