The hotel is amazing with sea view and pool, modern room, nice bathroom. Food is very good with lots of options. Excellent service from staff, especially Sahudy and Buphi. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Tranquil and calm atmosphere, perfect for couples. Snorkeling in the lagoon is great. Sunset at the poolside is amazing. Professional and accommodating staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The activities and services offered were convenient and easy to book. The location was amazing, with great snorkeling and diving opportunities. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch. The transportation from Male was incredibly convenient, with a private boat waiting for us at the airport. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. the staff provided excellent service and made our vacation memorable.

I had a fantastic experience at Anantara. From the moment I arrived at the airport to my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was superb. the in-ocean villa I stayed in was breathtaking, and the butler, Hussien, provided exemplary service. the food at the resort surpassed my expectations, which is rare for the Maldives. the staff were genuine, accommodating, and made every minute of my stay memorable. I can't wait to return within the next two years.

The staff - and a few others at the Dhoni bar) went out of their way to make us comfortable and ensure that we had everything we needed! Best vacation ever! We are used to excellent facilities and service all the time , however what we experienced here was something else altogether - so much warmth! Happy with the Anantara staff, they were all friendly, accommodating, courteous and polite. We felt special during our stay, the attention and special treatment just perfect! Glad we experienced the Anantara brand of service. One of the main reasons I guess why we enjoyed our stay! We love the food especially at Baan Huraa, superb Thai food. Highly recommend the place. Though limited breakfast selection, we enjoyed the breakfast choices, especially their personalized coffee greetings to perk you up and start your day. We enjoyed our water villa stay. Always clean. The bathroom amenities, coffee and tea replenished daily. It has comfortable and soft bed, fluffy towels and pillows. In fact, we had a goodnight sleep during our stay. We also loved our bathroom, especially the shower area with the underwater view of corals and colorful fishes. So cool! In fact we enjoyed snorkeling just under our water villa! The access to the beach simply perfect made our snorkeling even more fun! Our favorite place, sun-kissed deck, we usually stay here to read book and just watch sunset. Perfect to end our day. Highly recommending Anantara Veli. Great over-all experience and definitely will come back on our next anniversary!

Felt like being home, no complaints at all.

The resort was absolutely stunning! Every corner we turned, there was a breathtaking view that left us in awe. the Deluxe Pool Villa was definitely worth the price. the size, view, and privacy were exceptional. the breakfast spread was amazing and had a great variety of options to choose from. We loved dining at the Thai restaurant over the water. the food was delicious and the ocean breeze added to the ambiance. the service provided by the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Bokey, Sony, and Jimmy who made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience with the Tropic surf team and their surfing and paddleboarding adventures were a highlight. We discovered special little nooks on the island that made us feel like we were the only ones there. It was so much fun exploring and finding these hidden spots. the spa was truly a hidden gem. the treatment rooms were stunning and the services provided were top, notch.

The resort can be quite expensive, but considering the overall experience, it was worth the price. During the departure process, we felt less important and the staff seemed grumbly about allowing us to wait in the air, conditioned lounge before our flight.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and went above and beyond to make me happy and comfortable. They knew my name and preferred seating, and even remembered my juice order every morning. The food was great and the facilities were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful large lagoon with stunning sea views. Excellent staff and chefs, always helpful and friendly. Wide variety of food options. Attractive beaches with plenty of shade. Clean towels provided every day. English speaking TV channels and sports options. Good gyms and libraries. Delightful, quiet, and attractive resort.

The Veli pool was too deep and unsuitable for weak swimmers. Main meats and fish on BBQ nights often lukewarm and served on cold plates.

The resort provided an incredibly high-class experience with unbelievable surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff, with captain Ram taking care of everything from arrival to departure. The food, spa, and water sports facilities were of the highest quality. The resort's photography sessions were the best we've ever experienced. The beach dinner was a wow moment, and the yoga classes were fantastic. The separate islands for adults and families were a great feature, with free water taxis to reach the family island. Snorkeling at Picnic Island was a great experience, with beautiful fish.
