Friendly and reliable airport transfer service. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who whisked me away to the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a washing machine. They were also accommodating in storing my bags and arranging a late transfer. I had a great last-minute stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being close to the fast boat harbor to the other islands, the Main Street, and the market. The rooms are clean, functional, and slightly bigger than expected. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, including free airport transfers. Breakfast is adequate and there are options for room service.

One negative aspect is that the hotel does not serve food on certain holidays, which can be inconvenient for guests unaware of this policy.
