The room was always clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary towel service at the swimming pool, and the front office manager was particularly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and other amenities.

There were some minor issues that could be improved upon, such as the breakfast buffet having flies and the towels provided in the bathroom being a bit stiff. It would also be helpful if the hotel used a fabric conditioner to make the towels softer.
