From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff took great care of me and made me feel important throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including the clean and well-kept rooms. The location of the hotel, right by the ocean and over the natural coral reef, provided breathtaking views and incredible snorkeling opportunities. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. the staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible.

The accommodation was stunning, with spacious rooms and beautiful outdoor showers. the food was delicious, offering a wide range of options including both Western and Asian cuisine. the location of the hotel was perfect, with crystal clear waters and abundant sea life for snorkeling.

The beach access from the pool villa was disappointing due to the presence of rocks and coral. the communication with the butler was awkward and difficult at times.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that meet all your needs. the service is impeccable, with staff learning your name and preferences. the spa and wellness center offers an array of rejuvenating treatments. You can relax in the indoor swimming pool or soak up the sun on the outdoor sun terrace. the restaurant serves delicious breakfast, dinner, and in-room breakfast. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge area or snack bar.

The only minor issue we found is that the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some places on the property. this did not detract from our experience at this hotel.
