Friendly staff and beautiful marina views.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The cleaning of my room was subpar. there were visible dust and stains on the mirrors which made me question the overall cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast options did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel, feeling rather average and lacking variety.

I loved how easy it was to walk to stunning places like Spinola Bay and the nearby Portomaso Marina. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making my stay truly special.

the management here is a total disgrace, just like the food, which was basically rabbit food. I couldn't believe a supposed 5-star could disgrace itself. Our so-called sea view was hidden behind some ugly building, and nobody even offered us an upgrade for the insult. absoluteley pathetic. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to numerous restaurants and cafes, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. The onsite restaurants offer great variety for those who prefer to stay in. Our room was spacious, featuring stunning views and a lovely balcony that added charm to our stay.

I found the food service to be a bit slow during my visit.

Our stay was full of surprises like the beautiful welcome amenities the hotel prepared for us after our wedding. The way housekeeping created those towel swans on the bed with rose petals was really touching, it felt personal and special.

It wasn’t cheap but the experience was still worth it.

Dining options are fantastic, especially the Blue Elephant Thai restaurant, and the staff are friendly and attentive, catering even to personal wishes.

I enjoyed the spacious living area in my suite, providing a great space to relax. The Executive Lounge was a highlight, where I experienced the fantastic service from the staff. They consistently made me feel welcome and appreciated. The poolside service complemented my afternoon by the water. The views from my room were nice, overlooking the marina. I loved the easy access to nearby places to explore. I traveled with my partner, seeking a unique experience.

I loved how easy it was to walk to beautiful spots like Spinola Bay and the tranquil Independence Gardens, making my stay incredibly enjoyable as I strolled through the area, soaking in the sights and grabbing a meal at one of the nearby restaurants like Zen Japanese Sushi Bar, which was just a few steps away. the staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing my overall experience during my visit this past summer.

But we had to be moved from our original room because it was blocked by trees. The pools were spacious with always a sun bed available. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. The maids did a great job keeping everything tidy!

The indoor pool could be larger and warmer!!! Rooms are in need of a renovation to justify a 5-star status!!! Hidden fees and pre-authorization left me feeling overcharged!!! A self-service laundry would be a fantastic addition!!!

I just returned from a stay where I had a pleasant time. The lounge was a highlight for me, offering breakfast and evening drinks. The staff were welcoming and truly made the experience enjoyable. I appreciated the easy access to beautiful places around the marina. The pool and indoor facilities provided a nice escape when the weather turned. I will visit again in the future.
