We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Gallver in the restaurant and Sander at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The King room was perfect with a large 60" 4K TV and a lovely balcony with great views. The SPA facilities were top-notch, with a sauna, gym, and swimming pool that were clean and luxurious. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and quiet, and the lobby area and corridors were well-maintained.

The location was amazing, with easy access to all of the main attractions. We loved the fact that the hotel offered two complementary meals, which were delicious! The pool was also great, with lots of space to relax and unwind. The staff were really helpful, suggesting places to visit and making sure we had everything we needed.

There was some noise from ongoing construction work nearby, which was a bit of a nuisance at times. , we felt that the price of the hotel was a little on the high side compared to other options in the area.

The value for money at Hyatt Regency was excellent, with a clean and spacious room. The location was perfect, right in the centre with a lovely view. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The snacking options at Seed were not impressive and were quite expensive.

The brand new building had a thoughtful design and the spacious rooms had all the amenities we needed. The 24/7 gym and pool area were a fantastic extra. The staff was polite and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The stunning view outside, with the yellow stones and blue windows of the attached church, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

The spa and wellness center fulfilled my luxurious needs, with skilled masseurs offering top-notch massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was crystal clear and surrounded by sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.

The restaurant staff seemed inexperienced in handling plates and cutlery, taking too much time to clear empty plates and removing plates with fresh food. However, this was only a minor issue as the food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
