Great location, easy to get to Valletta by bus. Nice and clean outside pool with plenty of sun beds. Comfy beds and surprisingly good wifi. Bulgarian receptionist Boicot was kind, helpful, and professional.

The hotel's location on the outskirts of the bustling area ensures a peaceful atmosphere, away from the noise and commotion.

Helpful staff, excellent housekeeping, clean room and towels daily. Convenient location, easy access to hop-on hop-off bus and public transport. Small supermarket nearby. Walking distance to Bugibba Square with good restaurants.

Our room at Oriana was spacious, tasteful, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep and the daily cleaning service was top-notch. We appreciated the attentive and helpful service from the staff. The pool was a great size and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. In terms of value for money, Oriana exceeded our expectations.

One small inconvenience was the limited pool hours, as we would have loved to take an evening swim. Additionally, the lack of storage space in the bathroom and the absence of a clothes rack on the balcony were minor drawbacks.

The rooftop pool was great with amazing views of the surrounding city. the staff at the reception were friendly, welcoming, and provided good customer service. the location was perfect, within minutes of a good supermarket and some interesting bars.

The towels provided in the rooms looked like they had been well used and had been washed too many times. the rooms were poorly maintained and needed a refurbishment and deep clean as there were hairs and dust in some areas.

our stay at oriana was exceptional. the spacious rooms with large windows and balcony were a pleasant surprise. the friendly staff and excellent service made us feel right at home. the location near the bus stations and bay was a convenient bonus for exploring the lively city. highly recommend!

We had a great stay at a hotel in a good location with easy access to Valletta by bus. The outside pool area was clean and had enough sun beds, and we were pleasantly surprised that the wifi was working well, despite some negative reviews. the day receptionist was fantastic, offering to put water in the bar's fridge and providing helpful advice on where to go.
