This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable for the area and the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-maintained rooms, complete with a balcony and comfortable beds, to the basic amenities that were in absolute perfect condition, everything was carefully thought out. Lastly, the location of this hotel at The Avenue was superb. It was close to the lively area with plenty of restaurants, and not to mention the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop with a good quality of products and delightful desserts made from local ingredients.

This hotel offers great value for money! We stayed over Christmas and were impressed with the two complementary activities offered. the hotel's central location meant we could easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants and shops. One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool - it was incredible and we spent many hours relaxing there.

The rooms were a bit on the small side and lacked chairs and tables to put our things on. the pillows were huge and uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Valentina in a delightful neighborhood just steps away from the beach and vibrant nightlife. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, and the staff, including Alicia, provided exceptional customer service. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast offered fresh and plentiful options. The rooms were modern and comfortable, although one wing had a slight musty smell. a nearly perfect stay.

We had the most delightful stay at this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotless room and cosy atmosphere. the private shower and toilet, separated for added privacy, were a wonderful bonus, especially for a family room. the breakfast was absolutely excellent, with a surprising addition of an original jar of Nutella - something we had never seen before in any other hotels we've visited. the rooftop pool, a unique feature on the island, was a fantastic place to relax, and the cocktails were simply to die for. the team, especially Valentina, provided top-notch service throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at Hotel Valentina for a week and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean and spacious, with excellent air conditioning. We loved the peaceful rooftop pool and the extra touches like complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The staff went above and beyond, offering a packed breakfast for our early flight. We highly recommend this hotel.
