The hotel was superb with a high standard and laid-back atmosphere. The room overlooking the beach was absolutely superb with a wonderful view. The daily "magic" juice at breakfast was a healthy start to the day. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the massage at the spa was fantastic.

The location of the resort is fantastic, with a beautiful public beach just down the beach. This allows for easy access to the crystal-clear waters and stunning views. Additionally, there is a shop or pharmacy nearby, providing convenience for any last-minute needs. The staff at the resort are also very helpful and knowledgeable, as they were keen to take us out snorkeling. The rooms are cozy and well-designed, with a romantic set up and a pool. The service provided by the staff, especially Mrs. Surekha, Mr. Preetam, and Mr. Kushal in the restaurant, was exceptional. The breakfast offered at the resort was also very good, with a warm welcoming service from the staff.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room I booked was fabulous, with a private pool that provided the perfect spot for relaxation and taking in the breathtaking surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I especially want to mention Sheik, the waiter at the Asian restaurant, who provided impeccable service and made my dining experience truly delightful. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options served by warm and welcoming staff, including Damien, Arweza, Sureka, Vanee. The boathouse guys, particularly Joey, added a fun element to my stay with their exciting watersports activities. The manager, Veer, has done a remarkable job training the staff to deliver top-notch service. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the level of professionalism and friendliness displayed by all the staff members. I highly recommend Angsana Balaclava to anyone seeking an unforgettable and truly delightful holiday experience.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! Loved the water sports that were included in our package. the location was beautiful, right on the beach with stunning views. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. the room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. Loved the daily breakfast buffet with a wide selection of options and the live music at night was great entertainment. I enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The lunch and dinner options were quite expensive compared to other places nearby. the beach was a bit rocky and not suitable for swimming, but the pool was nice and clean.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious. The exclusive amenities provided here are top-notch and cater to every need. The spa & wellness center is exceptional, offering a wide range of treatments, including body scrubs, massages, and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool is also great and offers a perfect place to relax and soak in some sun. The service here is impeccable and truly adds to the overall luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we encountered here was with the location. Although the hotel is set in a beautiful area, it is a bit isolated from other town centers and shops, making it slightly difficult to access other attractions.
