Great balcony view, private terrace breakfast, comfy bedroom and nice bathroom. Helpful and hardworking staff. Central location near the action but quiet. We'd return.

This hotel is an exclusive and luxurious venue. the staff were friendly and attentive. the rooms were spacious and had exclusive amenities. the outdoor dining area was a highlight. the location advantages were numerous; it was located in a quiet area but still close to all the attractions.

There was only one minor issue, the swimming pool was small. But it was still luxurious and clean.

Baystone offers amazing hotel experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and remember you. Rooms are luxurious with comfortable beds and large balconies. The restaurant serves great food. They have a shuttle boat to town. They partner with a local diving company for pickup and drop-off.

During my recent stay at Baystone Boutique Hotel & Spa, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service and a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean. I was also delighted by the restaurant's delicious and unique menu offerings. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Great views from the room and the staff were really friendly. the room itself was clean and tidy with everything we needed, plus there were a couple of nice extras thrown in. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend it for a short city break.

The breakfast was a bit limited and not particularly inspiring, we would have liked to see a bit more variety. the shower leaked and there were a few small maintenance issues that could have been resolved to make the room even better.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel important throughout my entire visit. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were impressive. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful location near a small beach. The hotel also provided transportation services, making it easy for me to explore the nearby city.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. They even surprised us with a little Christmas gift in our room, which was a lovely touch.

That the hotel was a bit far from the town, so we had to take a taxi to go out for meals or do some shopping. It would have been more convenient if there were more dining options within walking distance.

As a solo traveler, my experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was great, close to everything and yet out of the busy town center. The half open restaurant gave a unique ambiance, like being on a bazar. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view from the beach front. the service was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was enjoyable. It's a shame that such a lovely hotel has these maintenance issues.
