When my mother, who doesn't speak English, arrived before me, the manager and other staff members used Google Translate to break down the communication barrier and make her feel welcome. Additionally, the head chef made a special exception for us and opened the kitchen when they learned that we hadn't eaten before heading to the airport. The care and hospitality shown by the staff truly made us feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm atmosphere.
