Friendly staff, good location near shops, restaurants, and beach. Clean room with daily bottled water. Helpful reception, diverse breakfast, tasty meals. Satisfied with massage and helpful maid. Large clean pool with sunbeds. Beach access and complimentary kayaks. Overall highly satisfied, would stay again.

This hotel has excellent service, with super-friendly staff who are determined to meet every customer's needs. The rooms are tastefully furnished, with nice colors and a balcony to enjoy. The food buffet may not be as extensive as a 5-star hotel, but there is enough variety to leave you fully satisfied. The pool and bar are clean and comfortable, with excellent drinks and a beautiful sea view. The included boat trips for snorkeling are absolutely fantastic, with amazing fish and coral landscapes to explore.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Pointe aux Piments. The location was convenient, with easy access to local transportation and shops within walking distance. The hotel provided free sea activities and had regular entertainment like barbecues and live music. They even gave us a bottle of white wine and a bucket of fruits for our honeymoon trip. The food served was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was decent and filling and the pool was big enough for a refreshing swim. the location was good for accessing public transport and there were some nice local food options nearby.

The room was in need of renovation and had a musty odor. the lack of in-room amenities such as a table and drying rack made it difficult to comfortably organize and dry clothes.
