A hot and delicious American breakfast was delivered to my room. The WiFi worked well during my stay. I loved the convenience of being able to walk to the nearby Puerto Azul restaurant on the beach. Secure parking behind the hotel was a valuable perk. Families seemed to be having a great time at the pool with a waterfall and water slide.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic dog-friendly policy. The expansive walking area for dogs was a highlight. The air conditioning kept the room too cold, but the view of the beach made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right across the street from the ocean and the famous Malecon boardwalk. We loved being able to take leisurely walks along the Malecon and enjoy the beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Puerto Azul restaurant, which offers a delightful dining experience right on the beach. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff, from the friendly waiters to the accommodating check-in desk staff, were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel also provided secure parking, which was a great convenience since we had our own car.

The hotel's location is great, close to everything. It is just a short walk to the Puerto Azul restaurant on the beach and also close to the beach itself. The rooms are quiet and have an amazing showerhead with a gentle rain-like flow. The staff speaks some English and the secure parking lot is a plus.

There is a noticeable amount of litter around the hotel grounds, including bottle caps and cigarette butts.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and on the Malecon boardwalk. I enjoyed taking walks on the boardwalk and having dinner at a restaurant on the beach. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful directions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the secure parking was convenient for those who had their own cars.

What a pleasant surprise to stumble upon this lovely hotel during my beach adventure. The warm pool was a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location is superb, just a short walk to the old quarter and the beautiful Malecon. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The secure parking lot was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and has secure parking for guests with their own cars. the restaurant on-site serves delicious food, and the American breakfast we ordered through room service was hot and tasty. the wifi at the hotel was also reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the cleanliness of the rooms was a concern, with dirty beds and mosquitoes.

The hotel grounds could be cleaner, with noticeable amounts of litter around including bottle caps, cigarette butts and un-gathered snack wrappings. Coffee and drinking water were not provided in the room, which would have been nice.

Spent xmas here and had a great time! the restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and attentive service. the staff was really friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was fantastic, right by the beach and with easy access to the pool. We loved being able to relax by the pool and take a dip whenever we wanted. it was a wonderful experience!
