We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right next to the beach was perfect for us, as we love spending time by the ocean. The service here was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping making sure our needs were taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the infinity pool, where we could relax and soak up the sun. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

Had a wonderful experience at the adult-only hotel. Super friendly staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms with fantastic ocean views. The food was excellent, and the hotel provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Loved that they welcomed our dog, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best rooms we have ever stayed in - spacious, clean, and with great views. Close to beach clubs and restaurants, but still far enough to avoid the noise. The hotel property is amazing, with a perfect blend of jungle and tropical beach. a perfect and relaxing experience thanks to the attentive staff.

Despite some minor issues with room service and firm beds, we had a great stay overall and would recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. The location at the north end of the strip was perfect for exploring Tulum beach. The room was excellent, with stunning views. The beach was well-maintained and clear of seaweed. The on-site restaurant, Haana, was excellent and offered a nice dining experience just steps from our room.

This hotel is situated in the perfect spot, close enough to the city center to enjoy high-end restaurants and bars, but far enough away to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. You won’t need to leave the location since it is directly on the beach. The room and bathroom were immaculate and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight of our trip. The facilities, such as the pool and private beach, were a huge advantage and made our stay even better.

The seaweed situation made it impossible to fully enjoy swimming in the sea.

We stayed at an adult-only hotel during New Year's Eve. the breakfast was great and the staff at the restaurant was very attentive. the location was a win-win since we could easily access most areas of the zone. We particularly enjoyed the amazing view from our room. the hotel wasn't crowded, so we could enjoy our relaxed stay and seclusion.
