I had an amazing stay at Akumal Jungle Habitat! The location was perfect, away from the crowds but still close to all the activities. Falling asleep to the jungle sounds was incredibly peaceful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The hosts were friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

The suite had all the necessary facilities, including a kitchenette, and we enjoyed cooking our meals using the on-demand hot water and purified water. Spending my Christmas at this accommodation was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly, and the service was great. The room was well decorated, spacious, and clean with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, and the gardens were beautiful to walk around in. The internet connection was reliable, and the kitchen was well equipped, which allowed us to cook our meals.

The bathroom could have used some deep cleaning as it was not spotless. , the balcony was small and lacked seating options.

Our stay at Akumal Jungle Habitat was absolutely amazing. We loved being surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and the location was perfect for exploring both Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Having a car was essential, but it allowed us to easily get around. The pool was the best we experienced during our entire trip, and we were provided with beach towels which was a nice touch. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out when possible. If we return to the Riviera Maya, we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
