The location of this hotel is fantastic, nestled in the jungle surrounded by such splendorous nature. It's a short distance to Akumal Beach, making it convenient for beach lovers. The rooms were clean and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast options were basic but sufficient. The hotel also offers a tour to the animal rescue center, which is a great opportunity to learn and interact with animals.

The glamping tents could be improved with better soundproofing to ensure a peaceful night's sleep for all guests.

The complementary breakfast offered was basic but enough to start the day. the location was great, as it was near a cenote which provided a refreshing swim after a hot day. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The tents provided did not have proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. there were many mosquitoes around which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor experience.

The glamping tent we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable, with a large bed and a cozy feel. the complimentary continental breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and juice, and the coffee was tasty too. We also enjoyed the yoga classes in the morning, a great way to start the day.

The lack of hot water in the shower, although they did provide hot water in the mornings. It would have been nicer to have hot water available throughout the day.

Loved the off-the-beaten-track location, bikes for exploring, included cenote and yoga classes. Perfect for a family with 2 small kids.

Fantastic onsite restaurant and staff. Private cenote beautiful and open 24h. Fresh breakfast with tasty coffee. Fabulous massage with Mano Azul. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I had the most incredible time at this hotel nestled in the heart of nature. The atmosphere was so calming and allowed me to truly connect with the surrounding jungle. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay were the stunning cenotes on the property, where I could swim in peace. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast included homemade products which were a delightful start to my day. The rooms were comfortable, especially the plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel provided hot water in the morning, which was an unexpected bonus.

I wish the cleaning staff would pay closer attention to removing spider webs in the rooms to prevent any unwelcome guests.

The breakfast had a good variety of homemade products and the bikes allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

One major issue was the fan placement in the room. It was located outside of the bed area and didn't effectively cool us down during the night.

I had an amazing glamping experience at Akumal Natura. The grounds were incredibly beautiful and I enjoyed exploring the natural surroundings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as no hot water and limited WiFi in the room, they didn't hinder my overall experience. I was still able to relax and unwind in the peaceful environment.
