I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - very close to the center but quieter, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful courtyard and grounds filled with colorful plants and traditional decorations. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and there was ample storage space. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sheila at reception. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the plaza, where there were many restaurants to eat at, was a bonus.

The courtyard at Al Otro Lado Del Rio was incredibly charming and added a special touch to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were always friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues with the room, such as a broken sink and a lack of natural light, we were quickly given a room in the picturesque courtyard that turned out to be the nicest of them all. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Despite some hiccups, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Puebla. we had a great experience at Al Otro Lado Del Rio.

The location is perfect, only a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral and zócalo. The room was big, clean, and quiet. The staff were very kind. The mattress was very comfy. The room was cleaned every day. It is a lovely colonial hotel.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. Being close to the main plaza and historical center allowed me to easily discover the charm of the city. I also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy and the safe parking area for my car.

One thing that I didn't like was the bed. It was too soft for my liking, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

My stay at Collection O Al Otro Lado Del Rio was a pleasant experience. The hotel's central courtyard provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, with great bars, markets, and food spots just a few minutes away. The room I stayed in was spacious and had high ceilings, keeping it cool with a fan. Additionally, the doors opened onto the courtyard, adding to the charm of the room.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, they didn't detract too much from my overall experience. The floor in the room could have been cleaner and the headboard of the bed wasn't securely fixed, causing a loud noise whenever I turned.

I had a bit of a rocky start when I arrived at Collection O Al Otro Lado Del Rio and was assigned a dark room with no WiFi. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation and moved me to a room with more natural light and a functional WiFi connection. The courtyard room I was eventually given turned out to be the nicest of them all, and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center and Sunday market. Despite a few hiccups, I had a pleasant stay overall at this beautiful colonial building.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the zocalo. The staff treated us well and helped us with booking a tour to Teotihuacan.

The breakfast could have been better if there were more options to choose from.
