Excellent for families with kids. On-site beach, pools, and daily activities. All meals and drinks included. Friendly, non-pushy staff. Appreciate tips but don't expect them.

The beach and sea were incredible, with clear water and great snorkeling nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic time during my stay at Allegro. I participated in the Ironman triathlon and the hotel's location was perfect. The beach, pools, and bars were all wonderful. The rooms were well-maintained and had great ventilation. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. I also enjoyed observing the interesting wildlife, such as the coatis and iguanas. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities for children.

We had a fantastic time at this all-inclusive resort! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a beautiful beach and well-kept gardens. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to our needs with warm hospitality. The activities provided by the resort were great, keeping our kids entertained and happy throughout our stay. The food was fresh and of good quality, and the service was excellent. we highly recommend this resort for its wonderful amenities and attentive staff.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff at reception were friendly. The location of the hotel is great for scuba diving. Access to the on-site restaurant was convenient. Local people in the area were kind to tourists. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained.

I recently stayed at Allegro in Cozumel for a week-long vacation with my family. The beach and sea were absolutely stunning, with plenty of available spots and not too crowded. The water slides and pool were a big hit with the kids, and we always found clean towels at our disposal. The surrounding garden was gorgeous and we even spotted some wild animals like coatis, jaguanas, turtles, and crabs. The entertainment for kids was also enjoyable, keeping them entertained throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel on Cozumel Island. The location right by the beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed including air conditioning and a balcony. The buffet food was delicious and offered a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel also had excellent facilities including a spa, swimming pool, and entertainment options for both adults and kids.

Meals were delicious! Great selection of salads, meats, cheeses, and breads. Traditional tacos were a hit with my husband. Our 10 yr. old loved the desserts, and I enjoyed the fish and stewed pumpkin. Beach and dive shop were fantastic. Reserved seating restaurants had good food. Staff were excellent. Location is convenient if flying into Cozumel.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a fantastic time. The location is amazing, right by a beautiful beach that we felt safe walking along. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the sports bar which had great entertainment and games. The service from the restaurants to bars and gardeners to housekeepers was top-notch and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the laundry service and the room amenities, including air conditioning and a mini-bar.
