The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, they were incredibly friendly, nice, and always ready to assist. The restaurant at the hotel was simply superb, offering delicious meals that surpassed my expectations. Additionally, the hotel's perfect location made it convenient to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions.

The beds were so comfy and the rooms were really clean. Also, the location was perfect , right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see and do.

And to make matters worse, the windows were practically see, through, so there was no privacy at all. It would have been nice to have more English, speaking TV channels too, for some entertainment in the evenings.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to all the sights of the town , and the friendly staff. Nothing it was perfect.

Our stay at Casona Alonso 10- Hotelito Mexicano was a delight. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the important sights in the city. The hotel itself had a charming, old-world feel and our room was spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage up several flights of stairs. Additionally, the nearby nightclub caused noise disturbances, making it difficult to sleep at night.

This centrally located hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is close to all the sights, in a great area, and near enough where you don't have all the noise from the main plaza. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, making sure guests feel welcomed and attended to. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a helpful early morning shuttle service and a quiet environment for a good night's sleep.

The parking situation could be better, as there is no accessible parking for guests.

Great location in the heart of the city, with all major sights within walking distance. Spacious and well-designed rooms, with comfortable bedding and large bathrooms. Nice breakfast options and quick service in the restaurant.

The layout of the hotel is not practical, with no proper lobby, and having to walk through the restaurant to enter the hotel. Lack of anticipation from the staff, especially when it came to assigning rooms on the top floor without a lift for guests with children and suitcases.

I loved the hotel's location right in the center of the city. It was so convenient to be close to everything, just steps away from the main square and the funicular. Despite being in such a central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and tranquil inside. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and my room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially appreciated the air conditioning in the room during my stay.

They even arranged an early morning shuttle to the airport and provided us with sandwiches, coffee, and fruit for our departure.
