The elegant and new property has friendly staff who offer valet parking. The spacious and clean rooms come with comfortable beds and pillows. The location is conveniently accessible, perfect for exploring downtown. The lounge area on the ground floor is an added bonus for socializing. The hotel management were accommodating to our late check-out request.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the main tourist strip and the city center. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The room amenities were great, and we were very impressed with the flat-screen TV and the dining bar/lounge area.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with great service and facilities.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, opening the door for us and providing valet parking for our friends' car. The receptionist, Ana, was kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The small beverage fridge in the room and the ice machine on the third floor were convenient. The lounge and downstairs bathrooms were great for meeting with friends. The hotel supervisor allowed us a late checkout without extra charge, which was greatly appreciated for our travel plans. The hotel's location was easily accessible to all parts of downtown, with affordable Uber rides.

The breakfast was fantastic, complete with gourmet options and great coffee. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who provided great recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to tourist attractions and a nearby shopping district.

The room was quite noisy due to street traffic, making it difficult to sleep. the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it hard to stay connected.
