had a luxurious holiday in Playa del Carmen. Anah Suites By Sunest exceeded my expectations with great staff, clean rooms, and a fantastic pool.

We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from 5th avenue and all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for day trips and activities. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with stunning views and refreshing loungers half in the water.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and the beach. We loved the fact that it was away from the touristy area, providing us with peace and privacy. The rooms were spacious and bright, with huge panoramic windows overlooking a beautiful tropical inner garden. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, thanks to the high-quality daily cleaning service. We also enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the hydromassage bath in the luxurious three-level apartment. The rooftop pool and whirlpool offered a stunning view of the city and made for a perfect spot to relax and watch the sunsets. The customer service provided by the staff was top-notch, always professional and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. we had a wonderful time at Anah Suites By Sunest and would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to this area.

The size of the unit was perfect and the garden was well maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. the pool area had a comfortable top bar and plenty of lounging space. the apartment itself was impressive, with a spacious kitchen equipped with everything we needed. the bed was comfortable and the TV had English speaking channels. the location was ideal, with shops, the ADO bus terminal, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. the staff were attentive and helpful, and the condo was clean and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved.

The view from the rooftop pool was amazing, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. the location was convenient, close to a grocery store and the main street. the suite we stayed in had a full kitchen which was helpful for cooking our own meals.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, and we had some issues with our room that were not addressed in a timely manner. we were not impressed with our experience and would not stay here again.

The location was perfect - close to a supermarket and just a short walk to 5th Ave. The property itself was beautifully designed, with a rooftop pool and comfortable sun chairs. We loved the movie nights and fully equipped kitchen. we were very satisfied with our stay at Anah Suites.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with large, modern bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The king size beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved having a full kitchen with a modern oven and appliances. The floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms provided an abundance of natural light, and the nicely landscaped grounds, complete with a pond filled with fish and turtles, added to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. What a great experience!
