I always stay at Araiza hotel when visiting Mexicali. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel bar features live music by Giovanni, whose current music adds to the ambiance. The bartender makes amazing drinks, especially the Mojitos. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff there is kind and helpful.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

My pleasant stay was dampened by a lack of customer service. the front desk staff were unresponsive and difficult to communicate with, and my requests for additional towels and bedding went unacknowledged.

We had a great time here! The location was perfect, right across the boulevard and close to all the areas of interest. We had back to back events the two nights we were there, and it was really convenient. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The garden area was a nice touch and we enjoyed sitting outside on the garden furniture. Also, the staff were really helpful and accommodating with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning.

We had a blast at Hotel Araiza Mexicali! The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful executive building and suites. It was so convenient to have the famous Nobu sushi restaurant just downstairs. As friends who love going out at nights, we appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the great buffet at La Fonda. The customer service provided by Perla from La Fonda was outstanding, making our stay even more enjoyable. everything about the hotel was fantastic - friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and worthwhile stay.

The hotel has a nice appearance and the bellman and cleaning staff are pleasant. The bar offers current music and delicious cocktails made by the bartender. The buffet has a delicious omelette option. The staff provides privacy and security with parking lot and room monitoring.
