We loved waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast right on the beach. The staff surprised us with a beautifully set table for our lobster dinner, making it a memorable experience. The homemade coconut cake was absolutely divine. we had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel and would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Great complementary welcome drink and refreshing towels upon arrival. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, close to restaurants and with a beautiful beach view from our terrace. We appreciated having a kitchen in our room as it allowed us to have some privacy and enjoy a meal while admiring the ocean.

The room was not as clean as expected and the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor. the sheets were not changed during our stay and the towels were not always replaced.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Zihuatanejo and had a fantastic experience. This place is perfectly located in a peaceful emerald-water bay with stunning views. The smaller, yet prettier beach is just steps away and the water temperature was divine. I loved how this hotel feels separate from the main part of the town, thanks to the canal and hills that surround it. It's also conveniently within walking distance to many restaurants and downtown. The staff here is truly exceptional, responding quickly to every request. Elizabeth, the maid, has been here as long as I have and she provided great service. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury. The dining options were fantastic, with the beach restaurant serving amazing Chile rellenos stuffed with lobster. I also appreciated that they offered room service, and if I wanted, they would even go next door to the beach restaurant and get food for me. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and parking, making my stay even more convenient.
