the front desk staff, especially Jesus, were brilliant and provided excellent service. the entire hotel was super clean, including the fantastic pool. the location is perfect, and the hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, more like a hotel than a hostel. the cleaners were friendly and did a thorough job, replacing towels daily. the common areas were also well-maintained, with interesting artwork and plenty of space to relax and meet people. I would definitely recommend staying in a private room and taking advantage of the nearby Cuban restaurant and the cenotes tour.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel & hostel. the front desk concierge, Jesus, was absolutely brilliant - a true star. the entire staff, except for the breakfast crew, were lovely and made me feel welcome. the cleanliness of the property, including the fantastic pool, was top-notch. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. the aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful, resembling more of a hotel than a hostel. the decor was stunning, and the beds were comfortable. the receptionist was a pleasure to interact with, and the showers had warm water.
